Anaplan is a global cloud-based planning software company headquartered in San Francisco, California. They sell subscriptions for cloud-based business planning software and provide data to guide decision-making in areas ranging from finance to HR.
The software platform needed a fresh new look and a deep dive into improving the entire customer experience as they prepared for an IPO.
With all of our clients, we have a One Team approach to facilitate shared ownership across client and Fathom teams. We approached this project no differently, and integrated our team into all aspects of the new design and build process around the globe.
The objective was to create a constant next-generation application that was easy to build, maintain and use.
The revamped platform helped Anaplan with its final push towards IPO, which was achieved in October 2018. We supported them along the journey, including creating the collection of keynote presentations they used at an annual Las Vegas conference.
Anaplan are still going strong, with customers like Vodafone, Carter’s and Bayer on their roster.
